Hi,
Anti koch therapy (tb medicine) is taken for longer period (6-9month ) of time and symptom doesn't goes in 1 or 2weeks time it takes 2-3 months to decrease bacterial load (even more if bone involved) .Recovery of already damaged neuronal element does not occurs ( so if spine tb is there with spinal cord involvement then its recovery is uncertain . The site of tuberculosis infection you forgot to mention )
so in my opinion continue AKT as directed by your doctor without fail and be in regular follow up. kindly mention site then I can guide better .

HOPE THIS WILL HELP

THANKS N REGARDS
