How To Treat Tender And Painful Nipple?
I have had an extremely tender and painful to the touch right nipple. Hurts when I stretch, too. Hard around the inflamed base and erect and hard to its tip. I did hurt it when wearing a seat belt with a thinner than paper shirt while driving, but, its not going away, as I think it should.

It will reduce need not worry ,take some painkiller if it is unbearable pain ,u can apply ice to that area
