How To Treat Testicular Pain Caused By Vasectomy?

hi , i had a vasectomy last yr 20010, then i had left testicle pain afters surgery... let me state thet the vasectomy dr. must of injected a nerve or something because i felt severe pn and i asked him to stop/he dnt, then as he was cutting i still felt some discomfort-then he was carterizing and i felt the burning-asked him to stop he dnt, to top it of absorbable stitches dnt disolve i had to go back in to have them removed. i was told by nurses that the record for a vasectomy was 3 min- ... after epidectomy- once again sutures had to be removed-they dnt absorb--is this common-for Absorbables not to be absorbed??? and why did i need a epidectomy after a vasectomy????? arent vasectomys pretty common-and simple to do??? ive been having hot flashes now/ im finding im more emotional than before? am i going crazy or are theses syptoms of after these surguries??? thanks
