Urologist 's  Response
Hello and welcome to HCM.
As an Urologist, i advise you not to worry so much.
You need to carry out the following steps :
After an examination by an Urologist,
1. Get an ultrasound doppler scan of scrotum.
2. Reduce dose of codeine syrup gradually further.
3. check your blood routine, sugar, creatinine,LFT,FSH,LH,and testosterone.
4. Use a scrotal support,or tight underwear,to keep the scrotum elevated.
Show reports to the Urologist, and your pain should disappear gradually.
You can get my expert opinion, by sending reports, as a direct question.
Dr.Matthew J. Mangat.
