How To Treat The 4th Stage Of CHF?

i was diagnosed with 4th stage CHF last week and am looking to understand what to look forward to and what options are available to me. I am a 51 y/o female with a history of a suspected MI at age 32 and a cardiac arrest at age 45. I experienced 22% muscle damage with the MI. Since then I have struggled with 4 different arrhythmia. Doctors have been unable to identify what caused my and continues to aggravate my heart. It has been suggested that I have Autonomic Nerve Dysfunction following a recent angiogram which showed showed my vagel to be highly reactive. My arteries are clear except for one partial blockage of <30%
