How To Treat The Condition Of Sleepwalking?

Hi,
my 12 year old brother sleep walks about 4 out of 7 days a week and it is usually just talking it doesn't get too violent. However on Sunday he had a football game and hit his head and a few days after, everytime he wakes up he seems normal until all of a sudden he seems to be stuck in his dream and he starts to cry and say things that make no sense but he responds. He knows everyones name. What is wrong with him ?
