How To Treat The Dry Skin And Spot On The Temple?

Hi I have a small dry spot on my temple that drys out, I pick it and it keeps coming back. I have tried to leave it but it never goes. It s just a bit of dry skin that peels away leaving a little depression in the skin. It s been reoccurring now for about 9 months. Please help me! Regards Kevin

Hello,

The symptoms seem to be related to eczema. I recommend using a mild steroid cream such as Calamine lotion. I also suggest using antihistamines such as Cetirizine 10 mg in case of itching.
