How To Treat The Hole In My Left Ear?

I went swimming and I have a hole im my left ear. I have had it for about 2 years and I didnt have problems with it except for the first week when it happened. Now I got water in it when I went swimming. I usually wear an earplug but i forgot and now my ear feels like it is popped and everytime I bend over my ear makes this wierd swooshing noise. It feels really wierd and its giving me a headache. how do I stop this?

Hi.

Well first thing that you need to understand is that if there is water inside the ear then in that case you should get it treated.
If not treated with medicine then surgical repair has to be done.

If there is popping and wooshing sound in ear then it can be due to water inside the ear.
You can use decongestant nasal drops as it can help in improvement and decongestion of the ear.

In case if still thete is no improvement consult an Otolaryngologist and get evaluated.
For now do not swim.
