How To Treat The Pain In My Left Leg?

Recent CT scan has shown, "significant disc disease L5-S1 with central disc protrusion impinging on the thecal sac. There is also abutment of the traversing S1 nerve roots bilaterally." I have had two weeks of almost daily spinal decompression therary, two weeks off work, two weeks of naprosyn, one week of stretching for the piriformis and other muscles, and some core strength training for the transverse abdominus. I do the sloppy push-ups and extension work throughout my day. I still have left leg weakness, numbness, and a burning sensation on the sole of my left foot, and can't seem to sit for very long. Where do I go from here?
