Hi I am 27 years old, i have complete darkness around my mouth and i thought of it pigmentation but now my complete face is also getting small brown spots and i don't know what i need to do now, so could you please suggest any good treatment for me...

It can be lichen planus,cause of it is not known.Some time Some time it ffects those who handle aluminum bismuth gold salt. Queni dine can be prescribed for treatment. topically anti fungal steroid oint ment can be used.stress also play a role. At times it is self regressive.
