How To Treat The Pus Filled Bumps On The Base Of The Penis?

I have tiny bumps on the base of the bulb like structure of my penis (head) and hard swelling where the pubic hair grows which hurts when i squeeze it and also I have a big bump smame place where the pubic hair grow that i squeeze and pus and blood came out

Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query.Your problem is most likely furunculosis. Antibiotics will be needed to take and can apply betadine locally.If any abscess formation is there then incision and drainage will be needed.You should have a proper hygiene mostly while shaving pubic hair.Apply antiseptics after shaving pubic hair.I also advise my patients with such condition to take vitamin C.Hope this may help you.
