How To Treat The Recurring Chest Pain?

Hi, Im 27 year old working in steel industry i have been suffering from chest pain since few weeks,consulted to doc he told its allergic rhinities and prescribed L montus tablets, also i do smoke 3 to 4 cigerretes per day, is it concerned to lungs in case pls advise

I can understand your concern.
Yes, possibility of lung related causes is more in your case because of your smoking habit.
Recurrent chest pain in smoker can be due to lung infection or bronchitis.
So better to consult pulmonologist and get done clinical examination of respiratory system, chest x ray and PFT (Pulmonary Function Test).
Chest x ray is needed to rule out lung infection.
PFT is needed to rule out bronchitis.
In any case, it's better to quit smoking as soon as possible. It is not a good habit.
So first diagnose yourself and then start appropriate treatment.
