Hello,

The red spot on your left knee can be indicative of a pimple, bump or cyst. You should keep the area affected clean, take care of your hygiene so that it does not get infected. Do not touch, scratch or pick it. Wash and clean the affected area after physical activity or sweating. Avoid exposure to the sun as it may cause your skin to create additional oils and more discomfort.

Apply ointment Bacitracin on the area affected. take Combiflam or acetaminophen, one SOS when needed to relieve pain. Get clinically examined if cyst is detected then your treating doctor may give an incision and drainage and close the incision with stitches. You will be given conservative treatment for the wound to heal faster. Cut on sugar & carbohydrate for better healing.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
