How To Treat The Tugging Feeling Inside The Ear?

The top of my right ear cartlidge feels like something is tugging on it from the inside when I turn my head to the left. I have a throbbing feeling in the back of my head right where the indention is where it touches my neck. But mainly it's my ear bothering me, it doesn't really "hurt" but it's constant and an uncomfortable feeling. Started out of nowhere yesterday.

this seems to be a neck muscle spasm..from meck cleavage to top of ear..do cervical exercises6 ..don't take pillow..take dolo MR THRICE A DAY..
