How To Treat Tightness And Swelling On The Tip Of Penis Inspite Of Using Neosprin?

GOOD MORNING SIR,Ihave a problem the tip of my penis cannot be pulled back. and the skin has become tight at the tip and also little fat due to manually pull back of skin.I consulted the doctor he prescribed Neosporin - H ointment.Kindly suggest.

This condition could be 'phimosis'. This condition cannot be treated by applying medications like Neosporin H.
You need to consult a Surgeon and take opinion in this regard as it requires surgical intervention.
