How To Treat Tingling In Arm,back And Loss Of Bladder Control After Fusion Of C4,5?

I had a fusion of C4, 5, in June. I am now experiencing more tingling in my arms and back and am losing bladder control. I had a problem with my bladder and had a stimulator implanted, but now that does not seem to be working and the bladder is worse. I am also experiencing very low blood pressure whcih started when the pain in my neck increased
