How To Treat Tingling Sensation And Sore Under Armpit Before Having Periods?

I have been getting a tingling sensation under my left armpit and before my period its getting really sore to touch. ive always had really sore breasts and armpits at least a week before my period but it just seems a little bit more on my left side at the moment. what should I do?? I have no lumps its just really sore to touch.

Hello,

I think you need to do an ultrasound of the armpit to check for possible breast tissue near it. Accessory breast tissue may be a reason for pain in axilla before period.
