How To Treat Tingling Sensation In Left Arm?

hello.
I have been feeling some tingling on my left arms for couple of weeks .I always do alot of exercise and yoga type exercise .

but i can't understand why my left arm is tingling .

i was using some supplememt such as magnesium,calcium ,vitamin B6 and does vitamin B6 cause the tingling on the arms.I have stopped all suplement from 2 days before.what should i do/
