How To Treat Tongue Bleed?

I've noticed for the last two days that when I spit out my tooth paste (after brushing my teeth) there is bright blood in my spit...so I looked closely and it was my tongue bleeding on the left side...Didn't think much about it the first day, but now this morning it did it again.

hello, thanks for your query, tongue bleeding can be due to harsh brushing, mucosal ulcers due to anemia, infections like warts, medications or growth( cancer). stop forceful brushing, do blood tests to rule any deficiencies, treat any infection by visiting an ent surgeon.all the best.take care.
