How To Treat Tonsils / Glands That Go Up And Down?

I always had tonsillitis as a child / teenager and early adult. My tonsils / glands go up and down all the time. they seem to be worse in the morning. sometimes they feel quite tight. I went to an ENT and he said it was nothing to worry about but this time they have been enlarged for a few months

Hello

Size is not a criteria for any intervention in case of tonsillitis. If you are having recurrent throat pain, difficulty in swallowing, snoring or high grade fever , then meet your ent doctor for further treatment, otherwise you need not worry.
Thanks
