How To Treat Twisted Ankle?

My husband has a twisted ankle (2 days ago). He got a plaster for 3 weeks. Doctor prescribed Emanzen D (50 mg Diclofenac Sodium IP, 10 mg Serratiopeptiase) twice a day after meal. My husband complains about pain. Can I increase the dose to 3 tablets a day? He takes also Pulmocef-500 (Cefuroxime) an antibiotic for one week. Thanking in advance.
