hi myself aneesh yadav my age is29 years i am suffering from night fall problem it occurs day after day i am very tired mently & phygically please help mi to get rid of this problem

Having nightfalls or noctunal emissions is normal and and is very common in young males. It does not cause any ill effects on sexual health and does not lead to any other adverse health consequences. So, you needn't worry about this.

Many persons have a misconception that nightfalls result in sexual and nervous weakness and other health problems. However, this is not true and is just a myth. However, if a person is develops excessive worry or guilt due to this problem, then this can result in anxiety about sexual performance, which in turn can affect sexual performance. So, I would advise you not to develop any guilt or anxiety about this.
