How To Treat Urinary Incontinence While On Medication For Gout And Neuropathy?

Hi my husband is 36 and is having( incontinent urine at night.) He has recently been on medication and antibiotics for gout and past surgery in May for a wound on his foot they became infected. He has genetic neuropathy in his hands and feet and is on medication for this.

It can be a part of neuropathy where the nerves controlling the bladder function may get affected and leads to symptoms. Additional investigations like urodynamic studies are required.
