How To Treat Vaginal UTI And Yeast Infection?

ive recently been diagnosed with a uti and a yeast infection around my pee hole. the skin, all of it, around my clitoris is raw and inflamed. it hurts to pee, sit, stand, and even hurts like hell to wipe. im on bactrim, but what can i do for the inflamation? Im going insane. Help?

Hi

Bactrim is an antibacterial drug and will not reduce the yeast infection. Other antibacterial drug like norfloxacin should be used for urinary tract infection.Drink plenty of fluids.

Antifungal drugs like fluconazole is required to be taken.Vaginal creams containing clotrimazole or miconazole can be used.
