I am 48 years and I have many uterine fibroids. The doctors told me that it is better to wait menopause they will shrink. If I start to bleed a lot between menstrual cycle, I could have my uterus removed. Since, 4 months, my periods are 10 or 12 days ( 5 days spotting, 3 days heavy bleeding and another 4-5 days spotting. I take advil extra strength for the 3-4 days heavy bleeding. I have lower pain in my back on and off and cramping.
