How To Treat Vaginal Brownish Discharge?

I been having brownish discharge for about a month. I went to my obgyn and all tests came back negative. The only thingshe diagnois me with was bv. Thr problem still here
So I went Back and she said that's normal. I never experience this before. What can this be

Hi,

I think that there can be due to a bacterial infection along with a super-added fungal infection. I would suggest you a course of antibiotics like metronidazole and doxycycline for 5 days. Also, start a course of anti-fungal drugs itraconazole 200 weekly for 4 weeks. If symptoms don't reduce then an ultrasound examination of whole abdomen will be required.
