How To Treat Vaginal Lumps?

Hi, i wanted to know what was going on with the outside of my vagina were the pubic hair grows. I have been getting these lumps that will grow and then go away around this area.And then sometime i will get bumps that resemble pimples on this area to that will pop and have pus coming out of them! I dont know if it is because i shave there or what, but it beginning to get irritating. Can you tell me what is wrong?
