How To Treat Vaginal Tears After Child Birth?

I recently had a baby in January 2010. My tears to my vagina are being described online as possible 3 and 4th degree. I still have every tear except they are healed... my vagina looks like i spit a car out of it. What kind of surgery should I be looking for to get this fixed?
