How To Treat Viral Fever Causing Severe Fatigue, Dizziness And Anxiety?
ive Had viral syndrome for the past few days, symptoms have gone some what away, but I still feel extremely fatigue and exhaustion. And now I’m having anxiety, sensation of passing out, sweaty feet, with feeling of passing out. Is it still the virus or something else?

As there is severe fatigue, dizziness; it can be associated with bacterial infection as well.
I strongly recommend consulting your primary care physician and getting vitals checked for better management. Till that time, maintain hydration with plenty of liquids.
