How To Treat Vitiligo Without Medicines?

Hello Doctor, Been with vitiligo since 20 yrs .. Patches r not increasing but its nor decreasing too ..somebody suggested me patchex .. I prefrebly dnt want to take oral ..m applying psorolea seeds since 20 yrs .. My main concern is eye lids and lips .. Please suggest me i can go for patchex.. Thanks

Thanks for posting in HCM.

Vitiligo cannot be cured, but many treatments help to restore lost skin color.

Other than the drugs mentioned by you, many dermatologists use -
1. potent or super-potent topical corticosteroid for local application
2. Light treatment to repigment the skin
3. PUVA light therapy which uses UVA light and a medicine called psoralen to restore skin color.

Kindly take help form Dermatologist and go for the best suited one for your needs.
