How To Treat Vomiting And Loose Motions?

My Son is 2.4 Months and suffering from Loose motions. He had a vomit last night and didn t repeat till now. We were suggested to use Zeegut-P. Could you please let me know if this clear the problem or any other medicine to be used. Thanks, Nagakiran

For vomiting and loose motions you can give your son some antibiotic like syrup metrogyl or syrup cefadroxyl after an expert opinion along with syrup vomikind or syrup onset for vomiting. Continue feeding him as much as he wants. Avoid bottle feeding till his problem will subside. Thank you
