I understand that you have been having severe reflux from your stomach and this usually happens from excessive acid in your stomach. I would like to know more about your food and some personal habits [smoking etc] and if you are taking any medicines like painkillers which may be causing this. - Avoid spicy and fatty food, tea, coffee and colas. Do not lie down for about 45 minutes after food.
- I would treat you with acid blocker medicine like Omeprazole 20 mg before breakfast and dinner for 10 days.
In case of vomiting, tab Domperidone 10 mg before each meal for 5 days. You mentioned about low BP but the readings of 45 or 50 is not clear. Please explain the readings. Regarding polycystic ovary disease you need to run some hormone and ultrasound exam of abdomen and visit an endocrinologist.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
