How To Treat Watery Eyes?

i has to work in computer for a whole day..i am getting watery eyes and when i watch system my eyes feel like burning and became redish..iam not undergoing any medication and i dont have eye sight problem.pls let me know what problem i have in my eyes.

It seems from the history that you are having watering of eyes on viewing computer monitor.
This is because of dryness of eyes caused by exposure to computer monitor and is called as computer vision syndrome.
The treatment is by use of artificial tears eye drops.
Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for examination and treatment accordingly.
