Hi, may I answer your health queries right .wat causes my penis to be weak after first round sex,when i want to go for the second round it will be a problem,how can make it strong and have late enjaculating.my age 23,height 1,72,weight 73.medical history is fine

Hello,
Thanks for using healthcaremagic.
Just read carefully that you are not suffering from any problem but it is the normal physiological thing.
During intercourse penis pass through four phases excitation, erection,ejaculation and resolution. When you ejaculate , you feel orgasm. After that penis's blood flow revert and it becomes normal which you consider as week. There is refractory period in penis muscles after ejaculation means in that period it is not possible to have erect penis and have orgasm again though you try a lot.This time varies 30 minutes to one hour.With practice it can be decreased up to 20 minutes. So wait for second round for 30 minutes at least.
And yes for late ejaculation you can have either medicines or stop and squeeze technique. However if you are young and started sexual activity recently, you will be able to lengthen the time naturally after experience.
