I asked advice from my primary care docter after I started experiencing this enormous pain in my lower back. I was referred to a orthopedic. That doctor said it was my weight gain causing my pain. I also was diagnosed with having arithrits in my left leg. things got so bad that my legs caved in. I ve been treat with knee and lower back injections. I ve tried exercising and changing my diet but nothing appears to help my weight gain. I refuse to be robbed by thses so called diet doctors progames. I nees help in accomplishing this without paying threw my nose. besides I can t afford them. Exercise and sieting is not enough. Wdat can I do?

Hi,
It seems that yuo might be having osteo-artheritis of spines and knee joints.
Having problem of gaining weight you might require some investigations like,
1, Thyroid function tests,
2, blood sugar, fasting, post lunch and Hb 1 ac for diabetes.
After report plan of treatment can be made.
Avoid fat, carbohydrate in diet.
Go for regular exercises daily.
Ok and take care.
