i recently noticed white balls stuck to my tonsil crypts. They are painless and when i tried removing them they came out very easily . These balls are soft in consistency and have a foul smell . I always suffer from posterior nasal drip at morning when i get up. Is there something serious to worry about??
Regardng your query and clinical history I would like to say that it appears as you are sufferring from sinusitis with chronic tonsillitis with keratsis.
Your post nasal drip in morning hours is indicative of sinusitis and that really demands a thorough examination and investigations to diagnose the fact which may be accordingly manage. If you leave sinus infection and took the treatment for tonsillitis alone , your problem for throat infection will not solve therefore both these should be treated simultaneously under supervision of ENT doctor.
Regards.
