How To Treat White Heads And Pimples Inside The Vaginal Lips?

Is it possible to get whiteheads/pimples inside your vaginal lips? Although I am sexually active now, they were there before I was. I believe I read 'sweat glands' as a possible theory, but I am not sure. Also, is there a special soap I should use to eliminate them? Thanks!
