How To Treat White Lump On The Bottom Of Penis Along With Tiny Red Bump?

Hello I recently have noticed a white lump on the bottom of my penis after having sex. Never noticed it before. Now being a week later it is still there. Now I also have one tiny red bump as well. I do masurbate alot as well. Can this be irritation or should I be worried of an std?

I can understand this, the possibility of STD would be nil this could be skin lesion may be due to the friction just apply the Povidone ointment and keep the area clean, stop doing the masturbate till it get better, no need to worry abut this, take care and hope this information helps you have nice day.
