How To Treat White Patches On Hands And Feet While Having Vitiligo?

Hello doctor . Actually i have vitiligo sense 19 years ago . I have around 20 white patches in my body . Totally the patches still the same disappear from some areas and appear in another areas hands feet like this . The doctor in india gave me Meglain. What do you recommend me doctor . Thanks a lot . Hello,

1. Since it frequently occurs in people who are having concomitant autoimmune [AI] disorder, thus check with Thyroid profile, Arthritis profile, diabetes, and seek the opinion of a Rheumatologist, Endocrinologist or dermatologist, till then:

* Take: whole grain food, oats, old brown rice, bran wheat, chappati, cherries, pears, banana, pineapple, apricots, potatoes, beet, carrot, tomatoes, cucumber, cauliflower, spinach, broccoli, cabbage, garlic, celery root, peas, beans, mushrooms, onion, red pepper, fenugreek, drumstick, turnip.

-drink tea without sugar.
-7-8 glass of water every day.
-honey, green tea with mint. nuts,fig,almonds.
-ghee obtained from butter [best].
-early morning sunlight to get UV rays, salt-free diet.

For breakfast: porridge, dried fruits, calcium with vitamin D.

Avoid:

-brinjal,vitamin C [citrus fruits/sour yogurt/sour pickles]: lemon/oranges/ mangoes/green grapes,apple,papaya,guava,sugarcane, mustard, melons, tomatoes, sour strawberries,whitebread/flour,fried/smoked foods, chocolate, coffee,alcohol,no milk or milk products,butter milk,ice-cream,flavoured.

-drinks, alcohol, tamarind, fish/sea food.

-no use of perfumes/deo/agarbatti.

-deworming every 6 months
