How To Treat White Rashes And Cut Marks On Penis?

Hi Sir, Good Morning! Initially there were tiny cut marks on penis and doctor suggested me mouthpaint liquid. after using it cut marks vanished. after 2 months again it came and i used the same mouthpiant liquid but now there is come white rashes coming on penis. this time doctor suggested me to use Flutibact skin ontiment for 10days, since 5 days i am using the same but i am not able to see any result, i dont have diabetes please help me out Sir. Thanks!

Hi,

White rashes or spots on penis can indicate acne,penile papules, fordyce spots. They are usually harmless.Infections such as Balanitis, folliculitis, molluscum contagiosum and yeast infections should be ruled.

You have not mentioned your sexual history. White rashes can also occur due to sexually transmitted infections.Hence screening and ruling out these infections is also essential. Complete blood counts should also be taken to detect any abnormal blood counts - neutrophil or ESR which can denote any infections.
