How To Treat Wound Caused After Hematoma On Right Abdomen Inspite Of Using Clindamycin?

I had a anxiety attack that led to this dr putting a heart monitor in but after 2 weeks I couldn t deal with it and wanted it out and then some how I ended up with a blood clot on my left lung when they went to remove it, couple days later I ended up with 2 Hematoma s on my right side of abdomen and the wound came open because it was not properly stitched he said my skin ripped when cutting for surgical so he put paper and real stitches which came open and it was a little yellow on the bottom inside of wound tissue, the doctor put me on this antibiotic CLINDAMYCIN HCL 150 mg for 7 days 2 pills 4x a day, because I m allergic to Penicillium is this a good thing to do. In the begining, I have been going thru hell with this dr. since 9/12/15 about a big lump, and pain where the incision was made and I called him for almost a week but he insist I wait till my next appt 9/22/15. but then the bandage began to come off I called him again and he still wanted me to wait till my appt. saying the ER couldn t really help me like he could and that it was Saturday stating he wasn t going to the hospital but I decided to go to the ER and then they swabbed the wound , took 5 tubes of blood tests to test and to 2 bottles to send out from each arm. Now I m on this medicine and from the reviews I m scared this will make matters worst. What do you think ?
