How To Treat Yellow And Painful Urination Along With Penis Shrinkage?

white blood cells have been detected in my urine. At first is was just blood, but I took some medication which never worked. Then a refill was ordered of the same medication, which still did not work and I continue to have the symptoms. Then I went back to the clinic, and white blood cells were found in my urine. Then the doctor prescribed me Doxycycline , which am guessing is an anti-biotic. And it is still not working , I have no interest in sex anymore and I just turned 22. My penis has not erected for quite some time now. My urine is yellow, and I experience burring sensations very often. And my penis is kind of shrinking. This is making my life miserable. All I want is the correct medication so I can get better. Please HELP me out !!!

Hello,

Painful urination and pus cells in urine suggest urinary tract infection (UTI). I suggest you to get urine culture and drug sensitivity to select most appropriate antibiotic effective against the infectious bacteria. In addition, in case you are having problem in penile erection, I suggest you to consult an urologist for clinical assessment, relevant investigations and thus management.
