How To Unclog The Ears?

Hi, I ve had a really blocked ear for the past 3 weeks. I went to the doctors and they said it was due to hayfever. He recommended that I buy a Nadal spray, which I have, but nothing seems to be working. They are incredibly blocked and I m struggling to hear. I m unable to pop them. Any suggestions? Hello,

As per my clinical experience, the blocked ears can be easily managed at home with specific precautions. Apply 2-3 drops of hydrogen peroxide in the blocked ear, wait for some minutes. Once you hear the fizzing sound, turn the head down to affected side and let the solution and wax drain out.
