How To Understand TMT Report ?

I m 29 year old male, recently had TMT by insurance company and as per report 'Positive for provocable ischemia, excercise tolerance is good. Hypertensive BP Response, ECG have ST Depression III, excercise have significance ST Epression,up to -4.5. phase -III EVF +V5-V6 stage 1 to peack excercise. what this indicate -do i have CHD???? what i should do ... i have joined GYM now.....what should i care while excercise???

Hi !

Thank you that writes HCM.
I think that you should not disturb because your report is "exercise tolerance is good" that does mean that you have not CHD.
Of course you should consult with cardiologist and to do some other exams like:
- Heart ultrasound
- Kolesterol blood test
- CT angio coronary.
