How To Use Termipil Kit For Termination Of Pregnancy?
Howmany times a termipil kit can be taken? I already used this for one time, and now iam pregnant again. Can i use the same tablet for second time? Howmany times a woman can take it in her life? Pls suggest me sir. And also please explain me in detail the process of consuming the tablet. Can the 4 misoprostol tablets be taken at a time through vagina along with the mifepristone which is consumed orally? Pls explain me in detail...thank u sir

Hi,
- Before starting with the kit, it is essential to confirm uterine pregnancy & exclude tubal pregnancy by usha canning.
- It is ideal to be under a gynecologist care to get emergency help (if at all needful)
*First Tab. Mifepristine is taken on day one of treatment
*Followed by 4 pills of Misoprostol are taken, kept under tongue for 20 minutes, to allow the pills to dissolve.
*This dose is mostly followed by labor pains & expulsion of the fetis in 2-3 days.
- After complete expulsion, a check up by treating doctors advised to confirm it.
-Incase of no pains or excessive bleeding again doctors help is needful for condition of the abortion / control of bleeding where medication OR surgical interference may be needful.
