How To Use Utovlan For Delaying Periods?

Hi there, my doctor gave me some Utovlan to delay my period. It says to take 3 daily , can I take it all three at the same time or does it have to be throughout the day? I feel like I remember her saying I can take three at the same time, but I wanted to check.

I understand your concern.

Utovlan is a medication containing 'norethisterone', which is a synthetic version of the naturally-occurring female sex hormone, progesterone, a hormone which is used to delay your period.

As prescribed 3 tablets a day, you must take it thrice daily at 8 hours apart. It should not be taken all 3 tablets at once. Kindly continue for the time you want to delay periods, maximum up to 7 days. Periods should happen within the next 7 days after stopping the tablet.
