2. Four Misprostal ... 200 mg (Vaginal use)

Hi Doctor, Im 27 year old andi got married 3 years i have 1year kid,my problem is now iam pregnet 55 days, we not intrested the pregnet,we need more time,we not take any precositon before.so please advice me how to use this medician . i am waiting your reply

Hi, I have gone through your question. MTPROST kit or medical method of abortion is usually given upto 7 weeks of pregnancy, but it can be given upto 10 weeks of pregnancy. The chances of failure of medical method increases in 8-10 weeks pregnancy, and then you have to go for surgical method of abortion. Since you are 55 days (approximately 8 weeks pregnant) pregnant, I would suggest you to go for surgical method of abortion, but do get an ultrasound done prior to it to confirm the exact weeks of pregnancy.
