How To Use Vaginal Tablets For Yeast Infection?

am still a virgin was given a vaginal tablet by doctor for yeast infection to be taken with water it didn't work and this week i went back to the doctor and was given some 10 vaginal tablets to take one every night before i go to bed but not sure off how to go about using it. can i crush the tablets and insert it?
