How To Wean Off Xarelto?
I need to know how to wean off of xarelto to have a procedure done. I have AFib and take 20 mg/day after dinner. My cardiologist suggested since I haven t had any episodes He may take me off. But he is on vacation so I need assistance with this problem.

Xarelto can be stopped 24 hours before the procedure and restarted as soon as the bleeding is controlled after the procedure.
There is no need to wean off Xarelto.The dose can be stopped all at once 24 hours before the procedure.
