How To Withdraw Propranolol?
I take 80mg of time released propranolol a day and have been on this medication for 35 years. I asked my doctor to wean me off, and so he wrote me a prescription for 9 capsules/60 mg. I can t remember how to taper off. Can you tell me the formula for this with drawl method?

You can gradually taper the dose, 60 mg four one week followed by 40 mg for one week like that. Abrupt tapering can cause withdrawal effects on body.
